The apartment, with private garage, has French windows leading onto a balcony over the River Dranse with great views of the Pleney and the town of Morzine. There are 2 bedrooms, (one double, one twin) 1 set of bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge. The open plan sitting room has a dining area and kitchen. There is a bathroom with bath/shower/WC, plus another shower room with WC. The apartment is well furnished with microwave/hob/oven and DVD,Video and Stereo player.

Built 8 years ago in traditional chalet style the apartment has all modern conveniences ideal for 6 people, but can sleep 8 with the sofa bed. (54 square meters of living space).
